| Within the space of past years AET has concentrated on the manufacturers of inductive components providing a broad range of materials and devices used in the production process. Apart from ferrite cores, iron powder cores and coil formers our offer also includes potting resins and varnishes, triple insulated wires and high frequency litz wire. An interesting proposal directed to these manufacturers are winding machines and measurement instruments being standard equipment of winding department. |

Potting resins and varnishes are inseparable part of motors and transformers production process. A broad choice of polyurethane and epoxy resins (ULTIFIL), water based varnishes, solvent based varnishes (ULTIMEG) and a technical support allow us to select the products adequately to our customer’s needs and expectations. All products of this group meet restrictive EU requirements concerning the emission hazardous substances to the environment. |
| High frequency litz wires are used mainly in transformers and chokes, where combination of high output currents and high frequency occurs. The application of twisted wires allows us to eliminate or reduce skin-effect occurring in single cooper wires. High frequency litz wires are available in thermal class B, F and H and can be supplied without cover as well as with silk and nylon cover. |

Another material quite often used in the winding process is triple insulated wire. Due to its special design and outside polyamid layer, the minimal breakdown voltage is 6kV.
It is often applied in pulse transformers where high voltage between terminals occurs. All wires in diameter range
0,20 – 1,00mm are produced in class B with UL approval. |
| We especially recommend winding machines and other equipment used for inductive components production offered by IWM. Spindle bobbin winding machines, toroid winding machines, lamination stacking and wire stripping machines are of great interest on our domestic market. Additional advantage is the possibility of adjusting typical winding machines to individual customer’s requirements. |
